Spend the day in the Bronx!
Join the local guide for a walkabout brewery tour of the Bronx. In the old days, the Bronx was like every other borough-breweries abounded. Prohibition killed that and it has taken some time for the resurgence of the industry. Join us as we sip our way through three breweries that have made the Bronx their home. We will even make a stop to taste “moonshine” which is produced at Port Morris Distillery. As we wend our way through, we will learn the history and the culture of the only NYC borough that is on the mainland of the USA. The tour will include a taste at 3 breweries and 1 distillery. Stops will include snacks also.
Lunch will be on Arthur Avenue. The day’s guide will be able to give some great options. In addition to lunching on Arthur Avenue, there will be plenty of free-time to explore.
